Rule 10
Complaints can be dismissed or adjourned
(1) The following complaints received by the Commission may be ordered by the Commission to be kept under investigation:- (a) Complaints related to public interest or concern, which could not be authenticated or could not be authenticated. (b) Complaints made by persons other than the aggrieved person in matters relating to unfair practices other than complaints of content related to public interest or concern,
(c) Exceeding Limitation Complaints,
(d) Complaints not falling within the jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the Commission,
(e) Complaints which do not appear to be factual at first sight or are written in a roundabout way,
(f) Complaints made only with intent to cause pain or harassment,
(g) Complaints made in respect of very ordinary and minor matters,
(h) Complaints not being actionable for any reason,
(i) Complaints on the same subject that were filed once before without submitting new evidence in the complaint petition.
(2) If any complaint filed with the commission is hindered for any reason, the complaint may be postponed.
